Reformer brings Pilates to a whole new level. Building on the benefits of a matwork class you’ll feel improved posture, toned body, stronger and enjoy the most glorious stretches. The added resistance and motion of the reformer brings a joy and flow of movement you will not get in any other class.
Our classes are special with only 4 in a class, you get so much direction and attention in this small group.

Our reformer 1-1’s are great way to learn if you are a beginner or develop your technique as an improver. This is a chance to delve into the detail and get 100% attention from Martine.
