Don’t be nervous, our Pilates for Beginners classes are very welcoming, and you will soon feel part of the family! We pride ourselves in teaching our clients to understand and work within their own capabilities and how to challenge appropriately.

If you’re completely new to Pilates or just never tried Pilates with us, we’d love to invite you to a FREE Taster Pilates Class or if you are keen to get going just click on the pictures below to find out about our different classes.
