Her classes began in 2017 and the popularity has grown hugely due to her friendly, welcoming style yet with a focus performing the exercises safely and with good control.
Jo has a passion for Pilates. Known as the “all seeing eye” she will keep you right during the classes and ensure that you are working at the right level for your body. I love to work with clients on a 1-1 basis on matwork and reformer Pilates. It’s amazing to working with someone on a 1-1 to meet their goals and needs. I often see people who don’t feel ready for a class progress through a series of 1-1’s before integrating into a class setting or we get clients who want to advance their exercises and technique and take their Pilates to the next level! Whatever your needs Pilates can be adapted to you – that’s why I LOVE IT!
