Our most popular class, suitable for all ages and abilities free from major injury. This class introduces the Principles of Pilates and builds client’s awareness of their own body through a series of controlled exercises progressing in stamina and difficulty. A fun and challenging class for all levels!
This intermediate class will build in pace and sequences with less rests, and the repertoire of exercises will require more awareness, and will challenge strength, stamina, and control. For experienced Pilates Clients only. Clients must be injury free and able to perform all exercises at beg/int without modification.
This class is moderately paced and provides an appropriate challenge for each individual client. Focusing on maintaining healthy joints, increasing strength, and relieving stress; it offers exercises for bone health and fall prevention through resistance training and balance work. Suitable for those with Osteoporosis without fracture. All ages and abilities very welcome! It’s never too late to start Pilates!
Osteoporosis Stronger Bones Class:
Following an individualised exercise plan devised by one of our chartered physiotherapists, Laura. Each client will focus on weight bearing exercises to build muscle strength, boost bone density and improve balance. Not suitable for those with a current fracture.
